Get your Seaside Market Rewards Card at the store next time you shop by filling out the registration form, just ask at any cash register. You'll be issued a Seaside Market Rewards Card on the spot and you can start using it immediately.

Every time you shop, present your Seaside Market Rewards Card to the cashier during checkout.

You’ll earn a reward on your monthly purchases equal to the percentages below:

$301 - $500 2% of total purchases*
$500+ 3% of total purchases*

* Rewards are calculated on all purchases except for the purchase of Seaside Market Gift Cards and other exclusions listed herein. Using a Seaside Market Gift Card is eligible for rewards.

** Rewards are mailed 2 times a year to those that have accumulated at least $10 in rewards in the current year.

Do I have to have a Seaside Market Rewards Card to get low prices?
No! At Seaside Market, we’re all about rewards, not punishments! You'll find the same low prices, every day, with or without the card. It is your choice if you would like to participate in the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program. If you choose not to, you will NOT be punished with higher prices!
Do you collect item-specific purchase information?
No, as part of the Seaside Rewards Card program, we don’t collect item-specific purchase information. We do require your mailing address so we can mail you your rewards and your email address so we can email you an update on your rewards status each month. We also collect the total purchase amount (not the items, just the total) to calculate your reward.
How do I earn Seaside Market Rewards?
It's easy. When you present your Seaside Market Rewards Card at checkout, you automatically earn a percentage of your total monthly spending. Depending on how much you spend, that could be as much as 3% of your total purchases!
How and when do I get a Reward?
If you earn $10 or more in rewards during a rewards cycle, you will receive it in the mail 4 – 6 weeks after the end of each rewards cycle. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN CORRECT MAILING INFORMATON SO YOU ARE SURE TO GET YOUR REWARDS!
When do the rewards cycles start and end?
Rewards cycles run for 6 months: January through June and July through December.
How can I update my information?
You can click here or call 1-877-752-0552 (Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM). Be sure to include your card number in any correspondence.
How do I know how much I’ve earned?
If you have provided your email address, you will receive a monthly update with your current month’s earnings and your current cycle earnings too. PLEASE provide your email address so you can receive this important communication. We promise not to provide this email address to anyone else! Again, we’re about rewards, not punishments!

Seaside Market Rewards Card Terms & Conditions

Use of the Seaside Market Rewards Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each Seaside Market Rewards Member (“Member”) as defined by Seaside Market and ESI, our program administrator:

Seaside Market Rewards are accumulated on a per household basis (maximum of 10 people to a household). Households are defined as Members with the same address and phone number. Transaction data including, but not limited to, the Member’s card number, transaction amount, date time and store are transferred to ESI, the administrator of The Seaside Rewards Card program.

Exclusions: Rewards are not earned on the purchase of Seaside Market Gift Cards.

Qualification: Reward amounts are earned on a monthly basis for a period of 6 calendar months (“reward cycle”): January thru June and July through December. At the end of each 6 month reward cycle, rewards are mailed to those that have a minimum of $10 in rewards earned. Members who have not reached $10 in rewards in the January – June cycle will have their current reward amount rolled over to the next cycle where rewards earned in the new cycle will be added to the roll-over amount. Reward values are set to zero at the beginning of each new year: at the end of the July – December reward cycle, all rewards equal to or greater than $10 are mailed, and all values less than $10 are set to 0. Rewards are sent via the US Postal Office; allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.

Eligibility: Seaside Market reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases and the household status of purchasers (such that accumulations may be limited to members of a group of individuals who are living as one economic unit and sharing living expenses). Seaside Market and ESI reserve the right to terminate or suspend accumulations or membership due to fraud or misuse. Changes to the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program terms and conditions will be posted to the www.seasidemarket.com website. Continued use of Member’s Rewards card constitutes acceptance of any amendment to the Program.

Termination: Seaside Market may terminate the Program at any time through written notice sent to Member via email (members without email will be notified through the US Mail). Member agrees that the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.

Accuracy of information: Members are solely responsible for providing and maintaining correct mailing information. Members may update their mailing information by calling 1-877-752-0552, Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM. You may also click here to submit changes via the web anytime. Seaside Market is not responsible for Rewards that are not received as a result of Member’s failure to update Member’s mailing information.

Seaside Market utilizes Electronic Scrip Incorporated (“ESI”), PO Box 6988, Auburn, CA 95604, to administer a program that offers you rewards for shopping with us (the “Seaside Market Rewards Card Program”). We hope that this Seaside Market and ESI Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”) will help you to understand how we collect and handle the personal information we obtain and how we may or may not share it. In addition it is important to us that you understand how we safeguard the personal information you provide to us.

Information we Collect from You

You may voluntarily register with the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program. When you enroll, you will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We use this information to send your rewards via the US Mail and to provide you with an update on your rewards status via email.

In order to process rewards in your name, when you present your Seaside Market rewards card (the “Rewards Card”) at checkout, ESI collects details of your transactions such as date of purchase and the total amount spent. We do not collect or provide to ESI any details regarding the specific items you purchase.

How we Intend to Use your Information

ESI uses your personal information to operate the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program as well as to provide you with information, updates and special offers that relate to the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program. By using this site or providing personal information to us you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues.

Seaside Market and ESI do not license, sell or rent any personally identifiable information, to any third parties for purposes other than the operation of the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program. Third parties may also be used to help us administer the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program. We may share personally identifiable information with these third parties, who will be bound by legal agreements to maintain the confidentiality of your information and not to use or disclose the information provided to them for any purpose other than the requested services for the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program.

ESI may disclose your personally identifiable information, without notice, in the following circumstances: (1) If required by law, (2) to protect and defend the rights and properties of ESI (3) to protect and defend the personal safety of the users of the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program (4) in the event of a business change such as a company acquisition or merger.

Account Reporting Information

We will maintain records that keep track of your sign up/contact information as well as the rewards earned in your name from your participation in the Seaside Market Rewards Card Program.

Security Measures

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The transfer of confidential information such as Rewards Card numbers and transactional data are communicated via encryption. ESI’s Web server and database reside behind a firewall in a secure datacenter with fault tolerance, offsite backup and firewall protection. ESI maintains a multi-tiered system with no direct access to the database.
